Homeowners and Multifamily Affordable Housing can conserve energy usage and decrease costs through audits, retrofits, and alternative/clean energy improvements

AFFORDABLE HOUSING
C4C makes flexible loans to investors and developers to support affordable housing development and to make multifamily properties more energy efficient.

NONPROFITS
Loans for working capital, fixed asset acquisition, and financing of commercial real estate and leasehold improvements.
